Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-performance backend services with real-time capabilities.
  • Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to the reliability of our systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and monitor releases.


Requirements:
  • Solid experience with programming languages and technologies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in shipping public-facing software.
  • Hands-on experience with real-time technologies such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
  • Experience with frameworks like NestJS or Express.
  • Proficiency with Git, testing, and basic DevOps practices.
  • Able to work independently on development tasks including design, development, debugging, documentation, and validation.
  • Self-motivation and ability to deliver shippable code.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Positive mindset, proactive approach, and teamwork skills.
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or Redis.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms.
  • Personal interest in stock, crypto, investing/trading.
