The role of a Financial Consultant involves offering expert advice to clients, assessing their risk tolerance, and creating customized financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to arrange meetings for restructuring and discuss available options that align with their objectives
  • Meet with clients face-to-face to advise them on available debt settlement solutions, explaining the process and required documentation
  • Negotiate specific terms within these solutions, focusing on finding viable options for assigned clients
  • Monitor progress daily to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, as instructed by the Team Leader
  • Collaborate with involved parties (such as clients, legal teams, and banks) to implement agreed-upon procedures after obtaining client consent
  • Adhere to the company's code of ethics and ensure compliance with policies to minimize customer complaints

Requirements

Education, Experience, and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or a related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in portfolio management and/or branch network
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Greek
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
