Senior Marketing Communications Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Communications Professional to join our team. This is a key role that requires the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, collaborate with product teams and corporate communication departments, and formulate effective communication plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies, targeting various audiences and channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop targeted communication programs.
  • Formulate and present communication plans that focus on targeting, positioning, ad concepts, media channels, and KPIs.
  • Work closely with internal units to assess communication needs, develop plans, and support new/existing product positioning.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor competition and analyze the performance of communication campaigns.
  • Track and assess communication efficiency against targets, generating reports and improvement suggestions for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • BSc in Marketing, Management, or other related degrees.
  • Experience in youth marketing, with insight into trends, behaviors, and digital engagement.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creative professional who stays ahead of trends and explores innovations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
