Senior UAS Ground Station Systems Engineer Position

As a key player in international defense, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior UAS Ground Station Systems Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who share our passion for innovation and excellence.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned systems engineer with expertise in unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and ground station systems engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, requirements management, and documentation. They will be responsible for participating in the entire design and development cycle of state-of-the-art fixed-wing small and tactical UAS for defense and security applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop system architectures for UAS and their subsystems
  • Develop and maintain system requirements and specifications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, define, allocate, and trace system requirements and architectures
  • Coordinate design and development activities over the complete system engineering lifecycle
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A university degree in electrical/electronic/aeronautical/systems engineering or a related field
  • More than three years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on architecture and design, requirements management, and documentation
  • Experience in human factors engineering and understanding of wireless communication systems and networking
