Retail Store Construction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Engineer for Retail Stores to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and supervising construction projects, as well as expertise in design software such as AUTOCAD. They should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for setting priorities for construction execution, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and timely delivery of the project.
  • Techincal Oversight: They will review technical documents, certifications, and licenses necessary for construction services, as well as technical designs and provide guidance to vendors and technicians.
  • Quality Control: The engineer will assess the quality of deliverables from vendors, validate compliance with technical specifications, and ensure that work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Store Budgeting: They will monitor and approve actual store budgets for constructed stores, as well as handle technical issues and provide support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in construction project management and supervision
  • Travel: Ability to travel across Greece is essential
  • Design Software: Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD
  • Languages: Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English
  • Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills
