We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to the company's activities. - Manage phone communications and electronic correspondence to ensure timely and professional responses;
- Perform external tasks, including visiting client offices and handling various operational duties;
- Organize and manage appointments at the office, providing reminders to relevant staff;
- Provide day-to-day support to the company's operations;
- Support the implementation of projects;
- Manage and update social media posts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;
- Conduct internet research to identify potential clients and initiate communication with them.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Accounting or a related field is preferred;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role or a related field;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
