Περιγραφή Ρόλου

Ο/η υπεύθυνος/η bar φροντίζει για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του τμήματος, έτσι ώστε οι πελάτες να απολαμβάνουν άρτιας ποιότητας προϊόντα καφέ, ροφημάτων & αλκοολούχων παρασκευασμάτων.

Ενδεικτικές Αρμοδιότητες:
  • Ηγεσία του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού του bar.
  • Διαχείριση, στελέχωση και προγραμματισμός εργασίας του τμήματος.
  • Εκπαίδευση νέων μελών και συνεχής επιμόρφωση της ομάδας.
  • Επίβλεψη παραγγελιών, έλεγχος αποθεμάτων & προμηθειών του τμήματος.
  • Οργάνωση και πραγματοποίηση απογραφών.
  • Διαχείριση ορθής λειτουργίας του bar.
  • Συμμετoχή στην διοργάνωση εκδηλώσεων και ιδιωτικών γευμάτων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
  • Απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου.
  • Ελάχιστη εργασιακή εμπειρία 2 ετών, σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Hγετικές ικανότητες.
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα σε ένα δυναμικό και απαιτητικό περιβάλλον εργασίας.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, multitasking και ανάθεση καθηκόντων σε όλα τα μέλη της ομάδας.
  • Ικανότητες διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας και καλή διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών.
