French-speaking Motorcycle Service Expert

You have the opportunity to work in a legendary name in the motorcycle industry.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, following high standards and processes.
- Provide accurate information to prospects and guide them throughout their journey.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for connected services.
- Call, collect and analyze customer feedback through structured workflows.
- Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Manage high-value customers and support them with a premium experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Native-level proficiency in French.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a luxury brand.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
- Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
