We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team in a highly specialized role.

Job Description

This role involves conducting research, review, and resolution of complex content matching cases that require advanced industry knowledge and judgment. The successful candidate will also play a key role in optimizing internal workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product features and overall team performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital content metadata, content identification systems, and manual data matching processes, as well as a passion for music and media.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed research and review of complex proposed content matches, including escalated cases requiring advanced knowledge of metadata and content usage.
  • Support ongoing quality assurance efforts and help lead special projects related to content ingestion, enrichment, and categorization.
  • Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to manual matching best practices and workflows.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of data sources and verification tools, documenting findings to support operational improvements.
  • Identify system or product issues that affect performance and communicate findings to relevant teams for resolution.
  • Review automated content matches to identify patterns in errors and provide feedback to refine matching algorithms and flagging systems.
  • Participate in trial processes for new client onboarding or new product features, providing feedback and support as needed.
