Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service standards are met by conducting regular quality checks on our portfolio of stores.

You will also be tasked with training our partner venues on how to use our tools and equipment, as well as successfully onboarding new venues onto our platform.

Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure that our menu-platform and product list are always up-to-date and accurately reflect our brand.

You will work closely with restaurant partners to resolve any issues that may arise, and provide administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular quality checks on our portfolio of stores to ensure high levels of service standards
  • Train partner venues on how to use our tools and equipment
  • Successfully onboard new venues onto our platform
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date menu-platform and product list
  • Liaise with restaurant partners to resolve any issues
  • Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage
  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented approach
  • Self-motivated and passionate about food
  • Fluent in Greek and able to work in English
  • Clean and full driving licence (required for frequent venue visits)
  • High interest in analytics is a plus
