  • Δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού για την e-learning πλατφόρμα του οργανισμού.">
  • Συμμετοχή σε δράσεις προώθησης του προφίλ του εργοδότη για την προσέλκυση κορυφαίων ταλέντων (employer branding).">
  • Συμμετοχή σε διαδικασίες Αξιολόγησης της Απόδοσης.">
  • Διαχείριση διαδικασιών onboarding και offboarding εργαζομένων.">

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • ">
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων/Οικονομικά/Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.">
  • Εμπειρία 2-4 έτη σε παρόμοιο ρόλο.">
  • Γνώση των διαδικασιών πρόσληψης και κατάρτισης.">
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση του προγράμματος SCAN HRMS και εμπειρία σε χρήση ATS platform.">
  • Άριστη χρήση H/Y (MS Office).">
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο).">
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.">
  • Άριστες ικανότητες οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης χρόνου και πρωτοβουλίας.">
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα.">
