Chief Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our Property Reinsurance Team with data-driven insights. This role is crucial in supporting broking operations through the analysis of property reinsurance accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex datasets into meaningful business insights.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and present datasets related to property reinsurance accounts.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and models to support client placements and portfolio reviews.
• Support renewal and new business processes with accurate data analysis and visualizations.
• Assist brokers in preparing client presentations and market submissions using analytical outputs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Experience with reinsurance data analysis is highly valued.
• Fluency in English is essential, with other languages considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and methodological approach to data analysis.
