Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our Property Reinsurance Team through data-driven insights, portfolio analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with brokers, cedents and underwriters to collect, analyze and interpret data related to property reinsurance accounts.

• Collect, analyze and present datasets related to property reinsurance accounts.
• Develop dashboards, reports and models to support client placements and portfolio reviews.
• Support renewal and new business processes with accurate data analysis and visualizations.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and market submissions using analytical outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness across all Property Department analytics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or a related field.
• Experience with reinsurance data analysis is highly valued.
• Fluency in English is essential (other languages are considered an asset)
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools.
• Able to synthesize complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and methodological approach to data analysis.
