Η εταιρεία αναζητά στέλεχος πλήρους απασχόλησης για τη θέση του Accounting Manager. Η θέση δημιουργείται στο πλαίσιο της ανάπτυξης και της αναδιοργάνωσης της επιχείρησης.
Επικοινωνία- Σύνταξη μηνιαίου πακέτου διοικητικής λογιστικής, με σκοπό την επικαιροποίηση των οικονομικών μεγεθών της εταιρείας.
- Παρακολούθηση του cash flow της εταιρείας, για να διασφαλίσει ότι όλα τα χρηματοοικονομικά διαδικαστικά είναι σε κατάσταση καθαρούς υποθέσεων.
- Συντήρηση και βελτίωση του CRM-ERP μηχανογραφικού προγράμματος, ώστε να αποκτούμε άμεσα πρόσβαση στα δεδομένα μας.
- Εποπτεία κλεισίματος φακέλων έργων, στον τομέα των θέσεων εργασίας.
- Βοήθεια στον εξωτερικό υπεύθυνο λογιστή για βελτίωση του λογιστικού σχεδίου και λοιπά οργανωτικά θέματα.
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ κατεύθυνσης Λογιστική - Χρηματοοικονομική.
- Σφαιρική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε οργανωμένο λογιστήριο εταιρείας παροχής υπηρεσιών ή εκτέλεσης έργων.
- Εμπειρία σε management reporting (τουλάχιστον 2 ετών).
- Καλή γνώση συστημάτων CRM & ERP.
- Καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office (κυρίως Excel).
