Ο/η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα συμβάλλει στην ανάπτυξη και υποστήριξη στρατηγικών συνεργασιών με πελάτες, στην εφαρμογή της εμπορικής στρατηγικής της εταιρείας και στη διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Δημιουργία και διατήρηση ισχυρών σχέσεων με νέους και υφιστάμενους πελάτες
  • Συμμετοχή στην υλοποίηση και τήρηση της εμπορικής στρατηγικής της εταιρείας
  • Υποστήριξη όλων των ενεργειών του εμπορικού τμήματος και συνεργασία με την Operations team για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των πελατών
  • Παρακολούθηση, επίτευξη και ανάλυση εμπορικών στόχων, σύνταξη αναφορών (reporting) και παρουσίαση προόδου
  • Forecasting και παρακολούθηση βασικών εμπορικών δεικτών (π.χ. τριμηνιαίες πωλήσεις, ετήσιες προβλέψεις)
  • Αντιμετώπιση αιτημάτων και escalations πελατών, λειτουργώντας ως αξιόπιστος σύμβουλος
  • Συνεχής κατανόηση των αναγκών και στρατηγικών των πελατών με στόχο την ανάπτυξη της συνεργασίας και την προσφορά προστιθέμενης αξίας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Μάρκετινγκ ή παρεμφερές αντικείμενο
  • 3–5 έτη εμπειρίας σε εμπορική θέση (ιδανικά σε κλάδους logistics, courier ή μεταφορές)
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, αναλυτικής σκέψης και τήρηση deadlines
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office και εξοικείωση με CRM συστήματα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας και επαγγελματική υπευθυνότητα
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες υποψήφιους)
