About the Role

As a Technical Verification and Validation Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to developing innovative products for the Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Robotics, and Industrial Automation sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous verification and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive verification and validation plans to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware, and controls engineers to design and implement effective test procedures for motor controller validation.
• Derive detailed validation reports based on project outcomes and technical findings.
• Support and enhance functional test platforms for production / factory acceptance testing.
• Contribute to the development of automated testing tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Organize and conduct e-drive functional, performance, and certification tests in a lab environment.
• Analyze test results, derive technical insights, and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science, with 5 years of experience in QA testing/automation.
• Strong understanding of Electromagnetics and Electronics principles, relating to e-drives.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in C, Python programming, and IDE environments highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Motion Control and Robotics fields highly valued.
• Familiarity with LabView or similar development platforms considered an asset.
• Ability to design Electrical boards and/or mechanical fixtures for testing purposes considered a plus.
• English language: excellent speaking and writing level required.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn essential.
