Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software developer to join our team as a Senior Frontend Developer. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance web applications that enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies, including TypeScript, JavaScript, React, UI/UX Design, HTML/CSS, and RESTful APIs. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to define and implement the strategic direction of front-end development
  • Mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications that enhance user experience
  • Work closely with product managers to gather project requirements and establish realistic timelines
  • Advocate for the adoption of modern development practices and tools to improve team efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges to enhance product performance
  • Ensure project deliverables are met on time while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in software development with a strong focus on front-end technologies
  • Proven experience collaborating effectively within a team environment and mentoring junior developers
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development
  • Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, UI/UX Design, HTML/CSS, and RESTful APIs
