Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and reviewing technical documentation, performing hardware specification, and defining system architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, automation, and controls. They will also have experience with PLC programming, specifically Schneider's Ecostruxure Machine Expert or CODESYS 3. Additionally, they should have knowledge of LAN networks and Industrial Communication Fieldbuses such as Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU.

A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in industrial or marine environments. Familiarity with vessel electrical systems and good understanding of automation and controls are considered assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial or marine environment
