Customer Service Representative - Croatian Speaker

Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a case-closed manner.
  • Support customers in case of product-related issues, including truck and bus breakdowns, by creating cases in our CRM system after identifying the customer, vehicle, location, and verifying GOP coverage.
  • Escalate complex issues to the nearest dealer/technician or 3rd party for assistance when necessary.
  • De-escalate concerns by proposing solutions within set parameters or referring to 2nd/3rd parties.
  • Answer questions about customer service, technical, and product concerns, as well as general corporate matters.
  • Strive for client retention and loyalty by aiming for a positive response to customer inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls/email from clients related to products, sales, service, corporate information, appointments, etc.
  • Maintain a customer relationship database and follow up on customer contacts.
Requirements:
For this role, we are seeking an individual with:
  • Excellent command of Croatian
  • Good communication skills in English
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
  • A basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures
  • Work experience with knowledge management systems and information research
  • Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a contact center or managing mail is preferred.
