We are seeking a skilled Doorperson/Bellman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of legendary.
The Doorperson/Bellman plays a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. This includes assisting with luggage, providing directions, and offering support during arrivals and departures.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests
- Direct guests and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Valet cars and manage parking and retrieval of vehicles
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- EU Passport or valid Residence Permit
- Availability to work in rolling shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Good level in English (Greek or other languages an asset)
- Experience in a Groom position in a luxury hotel/resort
