Luxury Resort Housekeeping Leader

Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is looking for an experienced housekeeping professional to join our team. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual who will be responsible for scheduling and assigning cleaning and maintenance tasks to housekeeping colleagues on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Comprehend and comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect, check, and release hotel rooms for arrivals, in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain an overview of the daily occupancy, arrivals, departures, traces, and important guests in house.
- Create daily task sheets for housekeeping colleagues, with special projects and traces.
- Monitor stock in pantries and act accordingly, if refill is needed.
- Manage and oversee the daily operation on assigned floors.
- Train, coach and motivate housekeeping colleagues to achieve the highest quality standards.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' housekeeping experience and 1 year experience as an assistant housekeeping manager, in a luxury resort/hotel. They must be fluent in English and Greek, and have strong overall computer literacy, not limited to MS Office. They should also be able to work on a flexible schedule.
