Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills to play a vital role in mitigating risks by actively pursuing overdue payments.

A day in the life of this position will include:

  • High-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors;
  • Identification of customer's needs and payment ability;
  • Agreement on a repayment plan of customer's debt, in accordance with our policy;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar position in the banking sector or financial servicer;
  • Familiarity working with dialer systems;
  • Strong results orientation, accountability, and self-drive to deliver a consistently strong performance;
  • Comfortable working in challenging environments and meeting deadlines;
  • Good command of English and efficient computer skills.
