Product Strategist Role

About the Product Team

The Engineering & Product Team is a dynamic group of skilled professionals who design and deliver tech solutions for our B2B clients. We work in cross-functional squads, typically composed of software engineers with diverse specializations, a dedicated product owner, and often a UX/UI designer, all focused on delivering high-quality, client-driven solutions through agile collaboration.

We stay at the forefront of technology—using cloud platforms, data analytics, and modern development frameworks—while fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing a product through its lifecycle, from ideation to development, launch, and post-launch iterations.
  2. Driving project execution in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and clients to create and maintain a dynamic roadmap that balances business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  4. Familiarity with agile development processes (Agile Framework Knowledge), including sprints, backlogs, and iterative product releases.
  5. Setting success metrics and feature roadmap to align with business goals and drive the roadmap to completion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of previous working experience as a product manager, product owner, or similar role within the tech industry and ideally with data / digital products / platforms.
  • Experience coordinating and communicating with technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Combining business and technical acumen to bridge technical solutions and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Lucidspark.
  • Knowledge in software engineering and system architecture.
  • Experience working with project teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
  • Fluency in English is required.
