Product Manager Opportunity

A Product Manager role is available for a forward-thinking individual to shape the future of our Lottery Retail Technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to defining the product roadmap and guiding development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Converting business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
  • Drafting technical content for RFPs and presales proposals, as well as delivering supporting presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Managing the product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and sunset.
  • Contributing to shaping and maintaining the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, delivery, and commercial teams.
  • Reviewing technical specifications with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and performance while meeting business requirements.
  • Overseeing product documentation, diagrams, and integration guides.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to stay updated on trends in lottery retail systems, including platforms, hardware, terminals, and connectivity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Technical Product Management or a similar technical role.
  • Solid understanding of software and hardware systems, especially in B2B or platform environments.
  • Ability to write and review technical documentation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in creating engaging presentations using presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with software architecture concepts, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
