AI Engineer Job Description

As a senior AI engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing production-grade AI solutions that power our product ecosystem. You will contribute to the evolution of our in-house AI/ML stack, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs).

We are looking for an experienced machine learning engineer who has applied advanced AI models to real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in building and deploying ML/AI systems in a production environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent Python coding skills, with hands-on experience using PyTorch and other popular ML libraries. They will also be familiar with Linux-based development environments, Git workflows, and software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI-powered solutions for document parsing, semantic search and ranking, classification, and personalized recommendation systems.
  • Drive end-to-end AI product development, from problem discovery and rapid prototyping to model deployment and iterative performance tuning.
  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs and VLMs, leveraging internal datasets, synthetic data, and prompt engineering to optimize task-specific outcomes.
  • Deliver production-grade AI systems, wrapping models as robust APIs and scalable services, while contributing to testing, observability, CI/CD, and model-serving infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • BSc/MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying ML/AI systems in a production environment.
  • Strong background in NLP techniques, including tokenization, text representation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based development environments, Git workflows, and software engineering best practices.
