As a skilled AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing artificial intelligence models that enhance our platform's capabilities. Our dynamic team is dedicated to creating a Conversational AI and Workflow Automation platform that transforms the way companies handle internal employee support requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI models that improve customer experience and automate IT and HR support tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and services.
  • Conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate on design based on testing results.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, continuously improving AI systems.
  • Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and transparency within the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and libraries.
  • Experience with AI model deployment and optimization techniques.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
