Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our customer service system.
• Handle customer complaints in accordance with our complaint escalation procedures.
• Ensure all support interactions are resolved within agreed service levels and properly documented.
• Diagnose problems using open-ended questions, reference materials, and system training.
• Provide solutions and suggestions to common customer concerns or frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C2 level)
• Fluency in English (C1 level)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry or a call center.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks remotely.
