Customer Service Representative Opportunity
You will be working as a Customer Service Representative in our customer support team, supporting customers of a leading multinational electronics company. As a representative, you will receive top-class training and have the opportunity to boost your professional development.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customers' inquiries via e-mail, chat & phone, providing how-to-use steps for their newly bought devices, guiding them to arrange a repair if needed, and working effectively as part of a team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be fluent in French, have excellent writing skills, a good command of English, soft skills & politeness, and be technically adept. You should also be able to multitask and provide a strong, professional relationship with all customers.
