Sales Administration Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to assume the role of Sales Administration Specialist. This position entails managing multiple tasks efficiently, adhering to established processes, and communicating effectively across departments.

  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and the sales team
  • Process a high volume of product orders
  • Verify and track order confirmations
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations
  • Monitor and report on sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and motivational skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Order Management: Process and verify product orders in a timely manner
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication across departments
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and data
