We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Experience Coordinator. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to drive change, experiment, and plan for the future of our company.

As a Digital Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire replatforming project, ensuring timely and successful execution. You will conduct research on best practices, market trends, and competitor platforms to optimize our new website.

Additionally, you will define and execute UAT plans to ensure the platform meets functionality, usability, and performance standards. You will also identify and implement UX/UI improvements based on analytics and user feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight and Project Management: Oversee the entire replatforming project, ensuring timely and successful execution.">
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices, market trends, and competitor platforms to optimize our new website.">
• UAT Planning and Execution: Define and execute UAT plans to ensure the platform meets functionality, usability, and performance standards.">
• UX/UI Improvements: Identify and implement UX/UI improvements based on analytics and user feedback.">
• Digital Communications and Content Management: Contribute to digital communications and content management to maximize engagement and conversions.">

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.">
• Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Digital Transformation, UX/UI, or Project Management is a plus.">
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital project management, website development, or e-commerce replatforming, ideally in the retail sector.">
• Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with UX/UI principles and testing methodologies; ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables using project management tools.">
