Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of product marketing strategies. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, creative vision, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative 360° GTM strategies for assigned products, driving awareness and engagement across global markets.
  • Support the Language qualifications portfolio from a product marketing perspective, focusing on regional marketing in English-Speaking World markets.
  • Act as the enabler for the promotion of all products and services, driving planning and implementation of marketing activities and materials.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes, suggesting marketing strategies per channel and market to maximize market share and profitability.
  • Design and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption, along with creating appropriate offers.
  • Communicate value propositions to sales teams and develop sales tools that support the selling process.
  • Provide necessary tools and support to global partners to promote products to their customers.
  • Survey competitive landscapes to stay at the forefront of the market, serving as an expert on buyer behavior and criteria.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • Core product marketing experience, including market research, product development, positioning, and promotion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English required (C2 level certification desired).
  • Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns, particularly in B2B product marketing.
  • Strong people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties worldwide.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative solutions.
