About the Role:

The Energean company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onshore Operator to join our team in the production of petroleum and gas in the North Aegean region. As an Onshore Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our production facilities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the production process, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that production targets are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts, to ensure the optimal performance of equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all production activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of petroleum and gas production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering.
