Customer Support Representative

Cross-border companies seek dedicated professionals to join their international teams. We are looking for a fluent English speaker to handle customer inquiries, provide product information and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

  • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, chat and email.
  • Provide accurate product and order information.
  • Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
Requirements
  • Fluent English (C2 level) both spoken and written.
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full market access.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
