The Role

We seek a talented Technical Product Manager to work closely with our teams and drive product development from concept to launch. As a key member of our Technical Product Management team, you will bridge the technical and business worlds by actively participating in product design and delivery. You will have a bias towards action, breaking down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development and ensure high-quality products and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and roadmap
  • Align priorities and timelines with internal stakeholders
  • Develop robust product requirements with prioritized features and justification for product development
  • Work closely with engineering teams to determine best solutions and track ongoing development and timelines
  • Brainstorm with the team to wireframe, sketch, and define new features
  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with peer Technical Product Managers, Operations teams, and Commercials for coordinated deployments and smooth delivery of new features
  • Stay up-to-date on products and solutions and serve as a subject matter expert for your product areas
  • Participate in meetings with customers to provide technical input on your product areas


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in software product management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to roll up one's sleeves, and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts across the organization
  • Excellent written and oral command of the English language
  • Self-driven, hard-working, and willing to make an impact
  • Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and data-driven thinking
