We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual professional to join our team as an Expert in Tobacco Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating users on how to use and take care of their devices, providing assistance with new purchases, and communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Educate users on how to use and maintain smoke-free products
- Provide assistance for new product purchases
- Communicate with customers via various channels
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Estonian and Russian (bilingual), excellent communication skills in English, exceptional problem-solving skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to work well under pressure.
