Customer Support Representative in Greece

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative in Greece. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Assist with account creation, login difficulties, payment questions, and troubleshooting
  • Serve as a reliable and empathetic contact point for customers, especially those in the sports segment
  • Respond to inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear and compassionate communication
  • Comply with internal processes to deliver consistent and high-quality service
  • Share valuable insights to help improve support procedures and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
