Kazakh Language Support Representative

The role of a Customer Expert at JTI involves being the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the company in the tobacco industry. This position requires excellent communication skills and fluency in Kazakh and Russian languages.
- Utilize phone calls, e-mails, and chats to provide seamless customer experience.
- Respond to inquiries about JTI's products.
- Resolve issues as they arise - addressing customers' concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Turn every customer into a happy customer.
- Excellent command of Kazakh and fluency in Russian.
- Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language.
- Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative will be considered an asset.
- Highly developed communication skills.
