Job Description

Your primary responsibility is to provide a high level of service to our guests, adhering to our company standards and procedures.

You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to their inquiries, and be fully aware of all reservation procedures. Ensure that all relevant information is kept up-to-date in our system.

Address guest complaints and requests, and provide concierge services such as wake-up calls. Complete and submit the Night Report to hotel management, and reconcile and balance the hotel's financial records from the day shift.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS.
  • Knowledge of Micros / Twinsoft / Simphony software.
  • Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus (Russian, German, French).
  • Strong communicative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
