Head Bartender

As the Head Barman, you will be responsible for curating and managing the bar operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. You will lead a team of skilled bartenders and work closely with the Food and Beverage department to develop and implement creative beverage concepts that align with the overall vision of the company. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by crafting signature cocktails and staying updated with the latest mixology trends.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth functioning and meeting customer expectations.
• Lead and train a team of bartenders, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive beverage menu, including specialty cocktails, in collaboration with the Food and Beverage department.
• Ensure the proper inventory management of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
• Monitor the quality of beverages and enforce standardized recipes and pouring techniques.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and ingredients into the beverage offerings.
• Uphold the company's high service standards and ensure prompt and courteous service to guests at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and colleagues effectively.
• Proven track record in creating and implementing successful beverage programs.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the role.
