A Content Moderator Role

In this position, you will be working on a computer each day reviewing various types of content. You will then score the content based on certain criteria such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, and political transparency.

As a Content Moderator, you will be trained to enforce policies and use these policies to support the business.

You will also have daily time to participate in wellness activities such as dance parties, fitness challenges, and team development exercises. TaskUs provides free snacks, popcorn, and food for purchase from our market or local vendors. We also enjoy parties, so there is always one happening somewhere.

Requirements:

  • We need someone with at least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment.
  • Also, we require someone with at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • And we need someone who is fluent in English and Dutch, must be able to read and speak the language.
