Job Description

The Junior Facilities Associate will play a vital role in the daily management and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with projects and annual maintenance tasks.
  • Performing small repairs and hands-on work.
  • Opening/closing building facilities when required.
  • Following safe working practices and using appropriate safety equipment.
  • Responding to emergency situations (on-call).
  • Supervising small projects under the guidance of the Facilities Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and knowledge of MS Office – Excel.
  • Knowledge of electrical installations and technical works.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical/architectural drawings.
