Key Responsibilities:

  2. Primary Point of Contact: You will be the first point of contact for customer and client requests.">
  3. Inbound Calls: Answer inquiries from retailers, merchants, and shop owners related to their POS devices.">
  4. Troubleshooting: Discover and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers toward desired outcomes.">
  5. Timely Issue Resolution: Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.">
  6. Excellence in Interaction: Strive for excellence in every customer interaction, promoting increased product usage and loyalty.">
  7. Goal-Oriented: Commit to meeting personal and team targets.">

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Norwegian and very good use of English (both written and spoken).">
  • Customer Support Experience: Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous.">
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality.">
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn.">
