Job Overview:
  • As a Customer Expert, you will be responsible for handling calls, emails and chat with a sense of excellence in English.
  • You will respond to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries and order cancellations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
