About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our expanding team in Greece.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Danish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have 0-1 year of experience in customer support.

  • Fluent in Danish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional support across multiple communication channels.

  2. Assist with account creation, login difficulties, payment questions, and troubleshooting.

  3. Serve as a reliable and empathetic contact point, especially for customers in the sports segment.

  4. Respond to inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

  5. Build strong customer relationships through clear and compassionate communication.

  6. Comply with internal processes to deliver consistent and high-quality service.

  7. Share valuable insights to help improve support procedures and enhance the overall customer experience.
