Η θέση του Εσωτερικού Ελέγχου αποτελεί stěσιμο της επιτροπής ελέγχου μιας επιχείρησης, με στόχο τη συμμόρφωση με την υφιστάμενη νομοθεσία και την υποστήριξη στην επίτευξη των στόχων μέσω μιας συστηματικής και επιστημονικής προσέγγισης.

**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:**
- Σχεδιάζει και διασφαλίζει την έγκαιρη υλοποίηση του ετήσιου πλάνου ελέγχου και παρέχει τις σχετικές αναφορές
- Ελέγχει την τήρηση των εταιρικών διαδικασιών και εισηγείται αλλαγές σε συνεργασία με τους επικεφαλείς των τμημάτων
- Αξιολογεί τα υπάρχοντα συστήματα ελέγχου, διαχείρισης κινδύνου και κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης και προτείνει βελτιώσεις
- Εξετάζει τις επιμέρους λειτουργίες της εταιρίας ως προς την αποτελεσματικότητά τους
- Συνεργάζεται με εξωτερικούς συμβούλους σε θέματα ασφάλειας πληροφοριακών συστημάτων
- Συμμετέχει σε ομάδες έργου με αντικείμενο σχετικό με τα καθήκοντά του

**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:**
- Πτυχίο πανεπιστημίου με κατεύθυνση Οικονομικά/Λογιστική/Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
- Προηγούμενη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε θέση εσωτερικού ελέγχου ιδανικά στο χώρο των Ασφαλιστικών ή εταιρειών ευρύτερου χρηματοοικονομικού τομέα
- Άριστες οργανωτικές ικανότητες, αναλυτική σκέψη, επικοινωνία, πρωτοβουλία
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office

- Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές σχετικές με το αντικείμενο της θέσης
- Επαγγελματικές πιστοποιήσεις σχετικές με το αντικείμενο της θέσης
