About the Role

We are seeking a talented Community Manager to join our Support Team. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with strong communication skills who will contribute to our community, build, grow, and energize it. Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Ambassador
  •   Build and expand user communities through education, accreditation programs, meet-ups, webinars, and more.
  •   Cross-functional Collaboration
  •   Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Support leadership to align enablement initiatives with campaigns, launches, and strategic priorities.
  •   Create Impact
  •   Foster self-help forums and promote product adoption by educating and empowering the community.
  •   Amplify Our Voice
  •   Showcase real-world success stories through social media and content initiatives, using the creative power of our teams.
  •   Fuel Product Innovation
  •   Collaborate with internal experts to gather user feedback and help integrate it into the product development cycle.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise
  •   Fundamental understanding of social media management and community engagement.
  •   Proven track record of managing online communities from inception to growth, including ideation, execution, and scaling strategies.
  •   Familiarity with the SPACES framework.
  •   Technically savvy, able to quickly learn, adopt, and own new technologies and platforms.
  •   Comfortable navigating and leveraging digital tools; a bonus if you consider yourself a data geek.
