Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing promotional strategies that drive business growth and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate promotional plans with commercial teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for product categories, aligning with business objectives and sales targets
  • Plan and organize campaigns on tight timelines, ensuring seamless execution
  • Manage campaign budgets and creative capacities, ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Monitor campaign success, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing & Communication
  • Experience in marketing or commercial teams, preferably in retail
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including project management tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of media planning and budgeting
