Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing our iconic brands across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of global marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Partner with creative agencies to deliver campaigns that bring our brand stories to life and resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, digital marketing initiatives, and social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with retailers to implement engaging in-store promotions that boost visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Manage content production for social, digital, and traditional media platforms.
  • Leverage AI and other digital tools to improve efficiency and innovation in marketing processes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, international offices, and external partners to ensure a consistent brand voice and seamless execution.
  • Analyze market trends, campaign results, and consumer insights to refine marketing efforts and present findings to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in marketing communications, brand management, or digital marketing, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Project Management: A proven ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders with precision and efficiency.
  • Brand Building: Hands-on experience creating and executing impactful campaigns, marcom plans, and retail activations.
  • Digital Expertise: Familiarity with social media strategies, digital marketing trends, and engaging content creation.
  • Analytical Thinking: A knack for interpreting campaign data, consumer behavior, and market insights to make informed decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with agencies and partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing tech tools (experience with AI-driven tools is a bonus).
  • Languages: Fluent English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
