Πρόκειται για μια θέσεις εργασίας που απαιτεί την προσωπική ευθύνη και τη δίμηση για τις ρουτίνες και τις διαδικασίες που εφαρμόζονται σε μια αποθήκη. Η θέση αυτή απαιτεί την ικανότητα να οργανώνεις τις εργασίες και να τις κατανέμεις στα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας.

\Χαρακτηριστικά Ρόλου:\
  • Υπεύθυνος/η για την «καρδιά» του καταστήματος, δηλαδή την αποθήκη.
  • Παραλαμβάνεις τα προϊόντα και ξέρεις πως να τα διαχειριστείς και να τα τοποθετήσεις στα κατάλληλα σημεία της αποθήκης.
  • Διασφαλίζεις ότι οι παραδόσεις προϊόντων γίνονται πάντα έγκαιρα και τηρώντας τις διαδικασίες.
  • Χειρίζεσαι τα προϊόντα τόσο στην αποθήκη όσο και στο υπόλοιπο κατάστημα.
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι τις παραγγελίες των πελατών.
  • ΕΚπαιδεύεις τους συναδέλφους σου στα θέματα ασφαλείας στην εργασία και την αποθήκη.
  • Διασφαλίζεις ότι το κατάστημα είναι τακτοποιημένο και καθαρό κι έχει καλή εμπορική εικόνα.
  • Πραγματοποιείς πωλήσεις στη σάλα του καταστήματος και προσφέρεις μια εξαιρετική αγοραστική εμπειρία στους πελάτες μας.
