You will work in a state-of-the-art environment, developing your expertise with Google tools and providing assistance to businesses across the world's most famous search engine. Your responsibilities will include consulting entrepreneurs and businesses to enhance their reputation and provide insights into how customers search for them.

What You Will Do
  • Becoming a digital expert after intense product training
  • Consulting entrepreneurs and businesses to improve their reputation and customer insights
  • Providing assistance to businesses to enhance their online presence
  • Investigating issues deeply before defining solutions or escalating complex issues
  • Promoting related products to existing customers (if required)
Requirements
  • Superior Spanish language skills and customer service mindset
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to use desktop computer systems, Internet applications, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with Google products (Google Maps, Google Cloud ecosystem - docs, sheet, slides etc.)
  • Familiarity with Chrome OS and Android Operating systems
